An Engineering Challenge – Lab News
Molecular imaging of live-cell distribution of the molecules prepared in our lab constitutes an integral part of our research. We have established protocols for the routine 2D infrared analysis of our molecules[endif]-- and we are developing protocols for the 3D tomographic reconstruction of the same. The present challenge for this last point is an engineering one and more precisely the construction of a motor for tilt-series infrared tomography measurement and its corresponding software. The development of this technique is of great importance for our research and we hope to solve all problems soon. ![endif]--
